R.D. processes all curriculum materials, provides reference assistance, and purchases materials in aviation, engineering, environmental science, geographic information systems, and fire and emergency. He also serves on the Space Planning Committee.

Deborah Core
Night and Weekend Reference Librarian

Deborah assists faculty and students at the Reference Desk during critical library hours. She also assists with all reference and database statistics, authors program research guides, and assists the Reference Team with special projects and research.

Dona coordinates the activities of the Reference Department; works on database enhancements; compiles database, guest user and reference statistics; and serves on several library committees including database and journal acquisitions. She purchases material in communication disorders and health promotion. Dona has been with the OSU-Tulsa Library for over 20 years.

Jerrie Hall

Jerrie is the Associate Director for the Library and keeps all library statistics. She oversees all technical functions of the library. She purchases materials in accounting, business, economics, finance, management, marketing, speech communciations, and telecommunications.

Mary Hujsak

Mary is responsible for assessment and special projects. She works the reference desk and purchases materials in nutrition, merchandising, social sciences, international studies, political science, humanities and art. She is temporarily responsible for the webpages.

Candace Jackson

Candace is the evening lead assistant in the Access Services Department running the front desk.  She also is in charge of stacks maintenance as well as assists the staff with special projects.  Candace recently completed her Masters in Library and Information Science.

Jason is part of the Cataloging Team in Technical Services. He processes all new materials that are purchased and makes items ready for shelving. He also works the Circulation Desk in the mornings and sometimes in the afternoons. He has taken on the responsibility of Local Holdings Maintenance.

JoNell Loepp

JoNell catalogs all the physical books and videos that are purchased and maintains the accuracy of cataloging records. She checks-in all new journals and microfiche that are received, as well as maintains accurate journals records. She also does book repairs as needed. She provides assistance at the Reference Desk from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.

Betty Niver

Phil processes all Interlibrary Loan requests made by students and faculty and is the primary contact for Interlibrary Loan concerns. He also works the reference desk from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM and purchases materials in philosophy. Phil is currently working towards a degree in Masters in Library and Information Science.

Terri Sellers

Terri is the morning lead assistant in the Access Services Department running the front desk. She also processes physical reserves and electronic reserves as well as assists the staff with special projects. Terri worked in public school libraries for several years before joining the OSU-Tulsa staff.

Tom provides all classroom library instruction for students and assists at the Reference Desk. Tom produces web content to help students in the research process. Tom provides individualized research assistance to faculty including training on databases and in-depth research on topics. He purchases materials in education and computer science. He is available for individual and small group student library instruction.

Lynn Wallace

Lynn oversees the Circulation and Reserves functions for the library. Lynn is responsible for the Collection Development activities of the library including budget allocation. She also works the Reference Desk and purchases materials in children, leisure, education, English, mass communication, journalism, American studies, psychology, human development and family science.
