OSU-Tulsa Refund Policy

ATTENTION OSU STUDENTS!

For course drops or complete withdrawal from the University, refunds during a 16-week class semester (or proportional periods in other terms)* will be as follows:

100% refund through the sixth class day (Monday of the second week of classes)
50% refund during the remainder of the second week of classes
0% refund after the second week of classes

This policy change is intended to increase the availability and student access to classes. The proposed change has been endorsed by the Student Government Association and by the OSU Faculty Council.

*Proportionate drop and withdrawal dates apply to block and short courses. Consult the Office of the Registrar (Stillwater) or Enrollment Services (Tulsa) for drop and withdrawal deadlines and required fees. You may also view this information at the OSU Office of the Registrar website.
