Book Vouchers

The OSU-Tulsa Bursar’s office allows eligible students to charge textbooks to their bursar account prior to the disbursement of their financial aid via a book voucher. To be considered eligible for book vouchers and charging textbooks to your bursar account, you must first meet all of the following requirements:

Applied for and be eligible to receive financial aid (FAFSA application received by the university)
Offered and accepted enough financial aid to pay for textbooks in addition to your tuition and fees
Completed all requirements to receive your financial aid i.e. entrance counseling and sign master promissory note for student loans and/or submitted any additional documentation requested by the financial aid office

Before obtaining your book voucher, please check with the OSU-Tulsa Bookstore online to see if your textbooks are available for purchase at http://www.osu-tulsa.bkstr.com or call the OSU-Tulsa Bookstore at 918-594-8150.

To receive your book voucher, stop by the Financial Aid Office, North Hall 130, and sign in to see a Financial Aid Advisor. A book voucher is only valid on the day it is issued. Book vouchers are issued 1 week prior to the intersession start date and 2 weeks prior to the regular 16-week semester start date.
