OSU-Tulsa is proud to assist international students with federal regulations and University policies pertaining to admission to the university. We help students reach their educational goals and encourage cultural exchange and enrichment between international students and the Tulsa community.
OSU-Tulsa International Student Services assists all current and prospective international students. Students (both undergraduate and graduate) are encouraged to meet with an international student services representative as well as an academic advisor prior to starting classes at OSU-Tulsa. Meeting with an advisor early on will ensure that you enroll in courses at other schools that transfer into the OSU degree you are ultimately interested in pursuing.

OSU-Tulsa has limited scholarship opportunities available for international students. By completing the undergraduate admissions application, you will automatically be considered for the following scholarships:
- Transfer Nonresident Achievement Scholarship
- Alumni Legacy Scholarship (additional form required)
A student must be a citizen or eligible noncitizen to receive aid from the Federal Student Aid programs. The general requirement for eligible noncitizens is that they be in the U.S. for other than a temporary purpose with the intention of becoming a citizen or lawful permanent resident, as evidenced by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
