Tulsa Community College & OSU-Tulsa = Success!OSU-Tulsa and Tulsa Community College are working together to bring greater educational opportunities to the Tulsa community. TCC and OSU-Tulsa have developed a great partnership that enables you to earn a bachelor's degree while staying close to home, giving you the "Home Advantage"! The OSU-Tulsa campus focuses on junior, senior and graduate level education, providing opportunities for individuals to complete bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees. All undergraduate students at OSU-Tulsa are transfer students. The majority of TCC students transfer to OSU-Tulsa upon completion of 45-48 hours, or an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree. Many of the associate degrees that TCC offers transfer into OSU bachelor degree programs. Academic planning, joint scholarships and shared knowledge between TCC and OSU-Tulsa are the keys to making advisement, enrollment and ultimately a seamless transition easier for you. With OSU-Tulsa representatives on TCC campuses and a TCC representative at the OSU-Tulsa campus, it is now easier for students to transition to OSU. These representatives provide advisement, admissions, enrollment, financial aid information and more. At OSU-Tulsa, tuition is affordable, and classes are designed to meet the busy schedules of working adults. Whether you're a recent graduate of TCC, a working parent or a business executive, you can take courses tailored to fit your needs at OSU-Tulsa. You can earn an OSU bachelor's degree while staying close to home! AcademicsMany TCC associate degrees transfer into OSU bachelor's programs. However, when an associate's degree does not exist for the degree you plan to pursue at OSU you will need to follow a 2+2 plan. A 2+2 plan is a document designed for TCC students planning to transfer to OSU that outlines all freshman and sophomore level courses a student could complete at TCC. Completing the courses listed on a 2+2 plan does not ensure you have completed the requirements for a TCC associates degree. TCC and OSU faculty and staff continually work together to develop associates degrees with OSU transfer options and 2+2 plans. These programs are the backbone that provides a seamless transition from TCC to OSU-Tulsa. To view the 2+2 plans go to http://osu.okstate.edu/acadaffr/aa/22ind.htm For more information please contact Erika Gragg, OSU-Tulsa Representative to TCC, at 918-595-8442 or erika.gragg@okstate.edu.
