Through Employee Assistance Program services, OSU-Tulsa and OSU Center for Health Sciences employees can receive confidential counseling, consultation, evaluation and information.
The EAP is open to OSU Center for Health Sciences and OSU-Tulsa employees and family members. Employees and family members may call on their own or supervisors may suggest that an employee utilize the EAP if personal problems interfere with job performance.
OSU Center for Health Sciences and OSU-Tulsa will provide up to three appointments at no cost to you. If additional appointments are scheduled or other referrals are made, the counselor you see will inform you of the costs.
An EAP is a confidential counseling and referral service. Services are provided at an EAP provider location, not at your workplace. No one will know of your appointments without your express written consent.
Family and Children's Services is your Employee Assistance Program provider. For more information or to schedule an appointment in Tulsa, contact a Care Coordinator at 918-587-9471 and let them know how they can help you.
Identify yourself as an employee of OSU Center for Health Sciences or OSU-Tuls who wants to use the EAP services. An appointment coordinator will ask a few questions to help determine the most convenient office location and the best counselor to help you or your family.
