Or maybe this has happened to you. You've written and revised your paper. The organization is clear; the flow is smooth. You are about ready to wrap it up, but you're not sure if you've documented your sources correctly. Where can you go to get an APA or MLA refresher?

At the Writing Center, a consultant can help you start brainstorming, take a fresh look at your ideas, or give you a grammar mini-lesson. Discussing your paper with another writer is refreshing, and the OSU-Tulsa Writing Center is ready to help.

How does it work?

• Make an appointment by calling us, stopping by, or emailing us.
• Bring any information about your paper, such as the assignment sheet from your instructor and any notes or drafts you've made.
• Plan to spend about 50 minutes to one hour in the Writing Center. You and the consultant will discuss your concerns. The consultant will read your paper and then collaborate with you on one or two of the most significant issues in your writing. If time permits, you will have a chance to incorporate any changes into your paper before you leave.
