As a publicly supported institution, OSU-Tulsa Library welcomes anyone who wishes to visit or use the Library for
research or educational purposes. However, the resources of the Library are intended primarily for the students,
faculty and staff of OSU-Tulsa. Because OSU-Tulsa students pay tuition and a per-credit hour Library fee, they have
priority in using all resources. Langston-Tulsa Nursing students, faculty and staff have access to all Library resources under
their service agreement with OSU-Tulsa. Therefore, library privileges are limited for ALL other users.

To maintain an environment conducive to study and learning, children must be accompanied by an adult. The
Reference Staff Member on duty has authority to require individuals behaving in a disorderly or disruptive manner
to leave the Library.
