I.D. Card A current faculty I.D. is required to check-out items.
Checkout Period 120 days for faculty. 120 day renewal if item is not requested or recalled. Items may be renewed over the telephone or from our website http://www.osu-tulsa.okstate.edu/library
Returning Materials The OSU-Tulsa library has bookdrops in North Hall, Helmerich Research Center, Main Hall and outside of the west perimeter of Main Hall. In addition both Tulsa and Stillwater provide courier service for returning materials.
Electronic Equipment 7 day check out. No renewals or hold requests.
Check-out Limits 50 items.
Videos 2 videos at a time. 7 day check out with 7 day renewal.
Interlibrary Loans Books requested at the Tulsa location MUST be picked up at Tulsa campus. All policies and procedures of the lending library will apply. Courier service is not available. All interlibrary loans are handled through Tulsa's online ILLiad system.
Overdue Fines Faculty is exempt.
Unreturned Material You may be billed for replacement of the book(s), plus a $5 non-refundable processing fee after a book is overdue 60 days. If items remain outstanding, you will be blocked from further check-out and could be sent to the bursar's office.
Graduate Assistants Faculty can authorize graduate assistants to check out material for them. Please stop at the circulation desk for further information.
Journals Do not check out.
Copiers Utilize your Faculty ID to run copies while in the library.
Microfiche Request a bypass key from the circulation desk to run copies and fill out chargeback form.
Change Available at the circulation desk.
Catalog Access Available via the internet at http://www.osu-tulsa.okstate.edu/library then select the link Catalog.
Databases Databases are available on campus and remotely through the library homepage. Faculty must have their O-Key Account (username is your okstate.edu email address and password) to access Tulsa's databases from your office computer on campus.
