Guest Access Policy - Library
The OSU-Tulsa Library welcomes guests from OSU's Main Campus. Guests need to be respectful of the library environment at all times. Minor children under the age of 18 must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult.
OSU-Stillwater students may come in at any time and browse the collection and use the catalog http://okla-am.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/primo_library/libweb/action/search.do?vid=OKTULS to locate materials. Students in the OSU-Stillwater Student Database may check out items at the OSU-Tulsa Library. See Circulation http://www.osu-tulsa.okstate.edu/library/circulation.php for additional information.
Library computers are intended primarily for use by OSU-Tulsa students, faculty, staff with an O-Key login.
Those from OSU-Stillwater may use Library computers with an O-Key login.
Those from OSU-Stillwater may use the Computer Lab on the second floor in the 2300 wing of Main Hall with an O-Key login.
The number of free prints available to OSU-Stillwater students depends on the number of credit hours in which students are enrolled. See Computer Policy http://www.osu-tulsa.okstate.edu/library/computer.php for additional information.
OSU-Stillwater students visiting the OSU-Tulsa Campus have Wi-Fi access by using their O-Key login. The library is a hot spot. Contact IT https://www.osu-tulsa.okstate.edu/it/ for assistance with Wi-Fi access.
Computers in the Library and Computer Labs can access the content of indexes and databases, journals, magazines, and newspapers listed on the OSU-Tulsa Library webpages http://www.osu-tulsa.okstate.edu/library/. Off-campus access is not available unless you are enrolled at both campuses. However, Stillwater and Tulsa have many of the same databases.
OSU-Stillwater students and faculty members generally will go through the OSU-Stillwater Library webpage to access Interlibrary Loan. Materials borrowed from other libraries will be sent to the OSU-Stillwater Library and/or emailed as requested.
If you want to make or scan copies, use your ID for copier/scanner. 2 scanners attached to computers are available in the Library. Ask for assistance.
