OSU introduces a new option for Workforce Professionals
OSU-Tulsa offers the new Workplace Learning and Organizational Performance (WLOP) emphasis for both master's and doctoral degree programs. The program

The unique 36-hour program features curriculum based on adult education practices and courses focused on developing strong organizations and effective workforce personnel. It also features a combination of traditional human and organizational development foundations and strategies, plus newer trends in learning organizations, knowledge creation and management, innovation in workplaces and career development in organizations
There are no entrance exams and all of the coursework can be completed at OSU-Tulsa. It features a convenient course schedule with a mix of evening, weekend and online classes so you can balance family, work and school.
