Do you know your health statistics? The OSU-Tulsa Health Clinic will be offering Health Risk Assessments for all students, and BCBS plan holders in North Hall room 265. Please remember the following the day of your assessment:
-You must bring your most up to date insurance card (BCBS plan holders only).
-Please fast from all foods and liquids 8 hours before your assessment.
-The assessments can take up to 20 minutes so give yourself plenty of time to step out of the office.
