TULSA - Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor will join other community leaders for a public meeting Wednesday at OSU-Tulsa to discuss the success and future plans for Step Up Tulsa.

The meeting and panel discussion will take place from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in OSU-Tulsa’s Helmerich Advanced Technology Research Center.

Expected topics for the meeting include a beautification architectural project, a research project with the University of Tulsa and a new park. The panel discussion will focus on the problem of providing health care for Oklahoma’s uninsured.

Established in 2005 by the Tulsa Community Foundation, Step Up Tulsa is a public-driven initiative to assess problem areas and create ideas for change for Tulsa.
