Wednesday, June 03, 2009Summer Orientations Planned for New OSU-Tulsa StudentsFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASETULSA – Oklahoma State University-Tulsa will welcome OSU’s newest cowboys and cowgirls during special orientation sessions this summer.
New Student Orientation sessions for undergraduates are scheduled for Thursday, June 4 at noon and 6 p.m. in North Hall 153 and Thursday, Aug. 13 at noon and 6 p.m. in North Hall 150.
Graduate students will have a seperate orientation on Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 5 p.m. in North Hall 150. In addition, an International Student Orientation is planned for Friday, Aug. 14 at 2 p.m. in North Hall 140.
During orientation, new students will learn the essentials to being successful at OSU-Tulsa. Students can take a tour of campus, find out about campus life activities and student organizations and learn about other valuable services such as the Student Success Center, the Student Information System, the Library, computing services and financial aid.
OSU-Tulsa is located at 700 North Greenwood Avenue, near I-244 and Detroit Avenue. To learn more about the orientation sessions, call 918-594-8000.
