TULSA – Construction on Tulsa’s Inner Dispersal Loop (IDL) has closed Greenwood Avenue and Cincinnati Avenue near OSU-Tulsa.

OSU-Tulsa students, faculty, staff and visitors trying to enter campus from the south on Greenwood Avenue should turn west on Archer Street to Detroit Avenue and use the main campus entrance at Detroit Avenue and John Hope Franklin Boulevard.

In addition, construction has also closed access to Cincinnati Avenue. Drivers leaving campus should travel west on John Hope Franklin Boulevard, turning south on Boulder Avenue and continuing through downtown for access to I-244 or the Broken Arrow Expressway (SH-51).
