'Curious' kids invited to story hour at Guthrie Green

Kids of all ages can join Curious George for a special story time event on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Guthrie Green. The free event will feature Tulsa City Councilor G.T. Bynum reading a popular Curious George story. Curious George himself will also be making a special appearance and posing for photographs.

“A Story Time with Curious George” is being co-hosted by the Oklahoma Center for Poets and Writers at OSU-Tulsa and OETA. The Oklahoma Center for Poets and Writers will provide free copies of Curious George Visits the Library to children in attendance. Following story time, the Red Dirt Rangers will perform a short children’s program.

Story Time at Guthrie Green, a partnership between the George Kaiser Family Foundation and the Tulsa City-County Library, is hosted in conjunction with Food Truck Wednesdays.
