OSU-Tulsa to Showcase Graduate Programs
TULSA (March 11, 2010) – Oklahoma State University-Tulsa will host a Master’s and Doctoral Degree Showcase and several workshops for current college students or professionals interested in earning an advanced degree.
The showcase will take place Tuesday, March 23 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in North Hall 140. Participants will learn about OSU’s graduate programs available in Tulsa, admissions requirements, application deadlines and education funding.
OSU-Tulsa’s Graduate Student Services Center is also planning several workshops to help prepare prospective students for entrance exams and the transition to graduate school.
On Wednesday, March 31, the GRE/GMAT Verbal and Analytical Skills Workshop is set for noon to 12:50 p.m. and the GRE/GMAT Quantitative Skills Workshop will take place for 1 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. Both workshops will take place in North Hall 104.
Three workshops are scheduled for Thursday, April 1. A Goals Statement Writing Workshop is planned from 3:30 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. in Main Hall 2213 and a Miller Analogies Test (MAT) Skills Workshop will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. in North Hall 110. The workshops will conclude with “Successfully Navigating Your Graduate Career” from 5:30 p.m. to 6:20 p.m. in North Hall 140.
