Gift announcement set for Wednesday

AEP LogoOSU-Tulsa and the American Electric Power Foundation on behalf of Public Service Company of Oklahoma will make an announcement Wednesday regarding a gift to the university.

OSU-Tulsa students, faculty and staff are invited to attend the announcement at 10 a.m. in the Helmerich Research Center. All are encouraged to show their OSU Pride by wearing orange for this special day.

Transfer Day offers one-stop admissions and enrollment opportunity

Transfer DayStudents planning to start classes at OSU-Tulsa this summer or fall can get everything they need in one day during Transfer Day on Wednesday, March 30.

Transfer Day will take place from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Administration Hall Lobby. The event provides students with an opportunity to ask questions, learn about degree programs, gather information and explore campus during one visit.

Students who meet the criteria for OSU admission will be able to get admitted, enroll in spring classes and speak with academic advisors and financial aid representatives.

OSU-Tulsa to host conference on the modern family

Modern Family:Risk and ResilienceThe Oklahoma Council on Family Relations and OSU’s Center for Family Resilience are partnering to host “Modern Family: Risk and Resilience” on Friday at OSU-Tulsa.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Conference Center. The keynote speaker is Judy Berry, professor of psychology at the University of Tulsa. Her books and research focus on children and families and has been cited in publications such as Parenting magazine and USA Today.
