Equipment and Facilities

The Wellness Center is dedicated to helping you meet your fitness and overall wellness needs. The Wellness Center is equipped with both SciFit and Precor cardiovascular machines which include:

Precor Treadmill	SciFit Upright Bike	Precor Elliptical
Precor Recumbent	Lat. Machine	Free Weights
Workout Balll	Medicine Balls

The Wellness Center also offers Prostar free weights and machine weights. We have an assortment of exercise and medicine balls good for ab workouts and strength training. 

Showers and lockers are also available for all members.
