Resilient Family Conference at OSU-Tulsa features nationally renowned researchers

The Center for Family Resilience at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa will host the Resilient Families Conference on Friday, Sept. 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the B.S. Roberts Room.

The focus of the conference is “Interdisciplinary approaches to strengthening family and individual resilience,” and features nationally renowned researchers including:

  • Dr. Ann S. Masten, Irving B. Harris Professor of Child Psychology at the University of Minnesota
  • Dr. Daniel S. Shaw, director of the Pitt Parents and Children Laboratory and professor and chair of the department of psychology at the University of Pittsburgh
  • Dr. Noel A. Card, associate professor of family studies and human development at the University of Arizona
  • Dr. Jay Mancini, Anne Montgomery Haltiwanger Distinguished Professor of Child and Family Development at the University of Georgia
  • Dr. Carolyn S. Henry, professor of human development and family science at OSU
  • Dr. Robert E. Larzelere, professor and research methodologist at OSU
