OSU listed among top schools by job recruiters

A Wall Street Journal study lists OSU among only 45 schools in the nation whose graduates are top-rated by recruiters. OSU is also the only school in Oklahoma to make the list, which included five others from the Big 12. OSU is in good company in the second level of colleges listed, which also includes Boston College, Duke, Harvard and Stanford.

Cowboy Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs starts Oct. 9 at OSU-Tulsa

Cowboy Bootcamp for EntrepreneursOSU will offer its Cowboy Bootcamp for Entrepreneurs starting Oct. 9 at OSU-Tulsa to assist aspiring entrepreneurs in creating successful, growth-oriented businesses.

The Bootcamp is a rigorous six-session program presented by the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship in the Spears School of Business. The sessions will take place every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon through Nov. 13 in OSU-Tulsa’s Conference Center.

Monthly reservations available for Big Orange Bus

BOBStudents riding BOB, OSU’s Big Orange Bus, can make reservations for an entire month at a time. Reservations can be made in Tulsa at the North Hall Information Center Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. To make a reservation, stop by the Information Center or call 918-594-8332. Red Shirt Orange Friday to support troops

There’s an unexpected twist to OSU’s tradition of Orange Friday this week. OSU will celebrate the second annual Red Shirt Orange Friday in honor of the U.S. Armed Forces. Show your Cowboy spirit and wear red on Friday to support the brave men and women who ensure our freedom.
