OSU in Tulsa Professional Development

OSU in Tulsa's professional development courses provide opportunities for employees to learn about OSU’s history and organizational strategies while learning skills for self-improvement. Employees will be able to apply these concepts to their everyday work while developing their personal and professional goals.

OSU Human Resources has a new Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS manages training for all our employees including full time and part-time staff and faculty.

The LMS features include:

  • Preview and enroll in employee training¬†
  • Review your training history
  • Online courses such as Safety, Title IX, etc.

An exciting part of the new LMS is the large catalog of online courses you can complete directly from your PC. You can go to the website and check out the online courses available for your professional development. A “Quickstart” reference guide is available

Use Google Chrome or Firefox to launch the website. Type talent.okstate.edu in the address bar and enter. Use your O-key login and click on the Learning tab in the upper left corner.

New certificate programs are coming soon.

Professional development courses are voluntary and certificate programs each have a completion time. Program enrollment requires supervisor approval and each program must be completed before enrolling in another program. Upon completion of each certificate program the employee will receive a monetary incentive.
