Participating in Your Own Performance Review
Optional for all employees
Too often we are unprepared when it comes to discussing our own performance with our supervisor during the annual Performance Review. This workshop, which is designed for all levels of employees, will assist you in being able to participate in your own review. Topics that will be covered are the review process itself, being aware of your own strengths and development needs, how to be open to coaching and feedback and taking advantage of available resources.
