Stress Diary Challenge
The Stress Diary Challenge provides participants the ability create a diary of the events and interactions that create stress in their life. All students and employees will be given an electronic ‘blank’ diary to fill out. Participants will fill out the intensity, duration, situation, triggering event, and reaction of each stressor they come into contact with. The purpose of this challenge is to demonstrate the correlations between the things that create stress in our life, and how we can effectively deal with them in the future. Employee Walking Program

All OSU faculty and staff are encouraged to meet at the Wellness Center at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to join the Employee Walking Group. A Wellness Team member will lead the walking group through multiple paths for a total time of 30 minutes. There is no registration required for this event. Simply show up and walk! Fall 2015 Fittest on Campus

All athletes are invited to compete in the Fall 2015 Fittest on Campus event. Athletes will have 1 hour to complete 9 events that range in 3 categories: most repetitions counted, fastest times overall, and maximum distance traveled. Athletes of all calibers are encouraged to participate. The top 3 males and females will receive a prize metal. The top OSU-Tulsa male/female will have the opportunity to complete against the top male/female at OSU-CHS. The winning campus will receive the grand cup labeled “Fittest in Tulsa.” All athletes must register for this event. To register, please e-mail the Tulsa Wellness Center at Tulsa.wellness@okstate, or stop by the Tulsa Wellness Center in North hall room 116 to reserve your spot.

Creativity Lunch-n-Learn

Being creative is a valuable skill that can improve a person’s performance inside the classroom, workplace, and in their personal life. Join Wellness Coordinator, Jeremiah Watkins, as he takes you through multiple activities that are guaranteed to spark your creative abilities. All participants are encouraged to bring a lunch.
