Fall 2015

Stress Diary Challenge
The Stress Diary Challenge provides participants the ability create a diary of the events and interactions that create stress in their life. All students and employees will be given an electronic ‘blank’ diary to fill out. Participants will fill out the intensity, duration, situation, triggering event, and reaction of each stressor they come into contact with. The purpose of this challenge is to demonstrate the correlations between the things that create stress in our life, and how we can effectively deal with them in the future. To participate in this challenge, please contact Jeremiah Watkins at jeremiah.watkins@okstate.edu
