Core Components

Health Risk Assessment
The health risk assessment helps individuals identify threats to their health in order to facilitate change. It will also provide a basis for future exercise programming. Go to the RealAge Web site and complete their online assessment. Once you've completed the online Health Risk Assessment, print a copy of the results and bring it with you to the Wellness Center for your Cowboy Check Up.

Cowboy Check-up
Cowboy Check-up will provide basic body measurements, including height, weight, resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, waist to hip circumference, and body mass index. In addition, assessments for muscular endurance, cardiovascular health, and flexibility will be administered as well as fasting cholesterol and glucose screenings. Each Cowboy Check-up will be tailored to the individual and may or may not include each component.

All information acquired is confidential and will not be provided or released to anyone. Contact the Wellness Center to schedule your Cowboy Check-up. Bring with you a signed copy of the Cowboy Check-up Consent Form.
